Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml white kefir
- 250 g grated hard cheese (according to your preference)
- Approximately 200 g spelt smooth flour
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Whisk 3 eggs and add 200 ml of white kefir to them.
- Mix in 250 g of grated hard cheese according to your preference.
- Gradually add spelt smooth flour, approximately 200 g, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add chopped parsley to the batter.
- Pour the thicker batter into a waffle iron and cook until it turns golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes.
Serve as is or with fresh creme cheese.
