Ingredients:
- Pasta (of your choice)
 - Onion
 - Zucchini
 - Garlic
 - Cottage cheese
 - Sunflower oil
 - Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
 - Salt
 
Instructions:
- Boil salted water for the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
 - Finely chop the onion and sauté it in sunflower oil.
 - Meanwhile, dice the zucchini into small cubes and peel the garlic.
 - After sautéing the onion, add the diced zucchini and sauté for approximately 5 minutes. Towards the end, add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
 - Next, add the cottage cheese and stir until it combines with all the ingredients.
 - Combine the cooked pasta with the zucchini mixture.
 
Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
