Baked apples with curd

Ingredients:

  • Washed apples (quantity according to preference)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 container of semi-fat curd
  • 1/2 packet of vanilla pudding mix
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Honey (to taste)
  • Chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash the apples, peel them, and cut them into small cubes. Place them in a bowl.
  3. Add 2 eggs, semi-fat curd, and half a packet of vanilla pudding mix to the bowl with the apples.
  4. Add a pinch of cinnamon for flavor.
  5. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together to combine.
  6. Sweeten the mixture to taste by adding honey. Add it gradually and taste as you go until you achieve the desired sweetness.
  7. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
  9. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the top.
  10. Place the dish with the mixture in the preheated oven.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 45 minutes, or until the dish is golden brown.
  12. Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  13. Serve warm or cold as a sweet snack, dessert, or breakfast.
