Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 200 g marinated tempeh
- 100 g bryndza cheese
- 100 g cottage cheese
- Spring onions (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower until it softens, approximately 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the marinated tempeh into small cubes and sauté it in a pan until it’s nicely browned on all sides. Set it aside.
- In the same pan, melt the bryndza cheese with cottage cheese.
- Divide the cooked cauliflower into smaller florets and place them into the heated cheese mixture, stirring to coat.
- Serve on a plate with the cauliflower coated in the cheese mixture, sprinkled with the sautéed tempeh, and garnished with sliced spring onions.
