Cauliflower Dumplings with Bryndza and Tempeh

Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 200 g marinated tempeh
  • 100 g bryndza cheese
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • Spring onions (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower until it softens, approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the marinated tempeh into small cubes and sauté it in a pan until it’s nicely browned on all sides. Set it aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt the bryndza cheese with cottage cheese.
  4. Divide the cooked cauliflower into smaller florets and place them into the heated cheese mixture, stirring to coat.
  5. Serve on a plate with the cauliflower coated in the cheese mixture, sprinkled with the sautéed tempeh, and garnished with sliced spring onions.
